Genetics & Genomics Division

The Genetics & Genomics Division advances patient care and the field of molecular pathology and personalized medicine by encouraging the study, advancing the science, and expanding and improving the use of molecular biology techniques.

The Genetics & Genomics Division shares best practices and other matters of interest to laboratorians involved in all aspects of molecular pathology and provides resources to databases, toolkits, and other reference materials involving sequencing, genomics, metabolic pathways, and the like.

The Genetics & Genomics Division collaborates with other Divisions regarding shared interests, diagnostic-oriented (laboratory and imaging) and disease-oriented organizations, with therapeutics and diagnostics manufacturers, and with clinical and pharmacological organizations.
