Alison Woodworth, PhD, DABCC, FADLM

Dr. Alison Woodworth is the Clinical Director for Global Laboratory Services at CTI Clinical Trials & Consulting with over 20 years of experience in clinical laboratory medicine.  She received her PhD in cell biology from Washington University in St. Louis where she also completed her clinical chemistry fellowship.

Dr. Woodworth is a diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Chemistry (DABCC) and a Fellow of the Academy of Diagnostics and Laboratory Medicine (FADLM). She has been an ADLM member since 2003, holding several key roles including Board of Directors and Academy President.

Dr. Woodworth is committed to leadership within the Lab Medicine Community as she actively participates in speaking engagements and contributes to key publications addressing topics surrounding laboratory stewardship and biomarker discovery in sepsis, pregnancy complications, and endocrinology. She has nearly 100 publications and has also held editorial board roles for the ADLM and Clinical Laboratory News.
