Building on the success of last year’s highly popular AACC-branded products, the AACC Store at AACC’s 2015 Annual Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo has upped its game with even more offerings for attendees who would like to show their AACC and clinical laboratory medicine pride.
T-shirts with the slogans “We run this batch,” “Urine good hands with a clinical chemist,” and “Nice Assay” will be available for purchase, along with “Nice Assay” boxer shorts, AACC-branded mugs, water bottles, shirts, and t-shirts.
Those in a more scholarly mindset won’t be disappointed, as the AACC Store will be stocked with approximately 240 titles. The knowledge acquisition opportunities won’t end there, as customers can purchase any AACC Press product and have it shipped to their homes or offices.

The AACC Store also will offer a 10% discount on all book and media orders totaling more than $150 during the meeting.
Yet another reason to stop by the AACC Store is a book signing on July 28 from 1 to 2 p.m. by author Lori Silverman, who also will be participating in AACC President David Koch’s invited session, “Waking Up the General Public to the Importance of Laboratory Tests, Using Effective Story Telling” (32210). Silverman is owner of Partners for Progress, a management consulting firm, and is a gifted storyteller in her own right, according to Koch. She will be signing copies of her book, Business Storytelling for Dummies.
